This tailor was recommended to me by two old Swiss friends from my university days, both senior executives that wear suits on a regular basis. I am an experienced buyer of suits in Thailand, and was positively surprised by the professionalism, very high quality and trustworthiness of Exclusive Tailor. This is the place to go in Patong, I am very much looking forward to buying more in the future. Also, Johnny, the owner, regularly travels to Switzerland and the U.S. to cater to his longstanding customers. Highly recommended, top quality!
Last year I got pants and a shirt made here, this year both my wife and I got suits and shirts made here. Great customer service, large choices of materials.
Loyal to the position and its quality for at least 10 years. Once my measurements are taken on site, between weddings, baptisms and jobs, all you need is a message to Nitu or Johnny and they will also send you your products by post. The quality/price is incomparable with what you find in Switzerland. Strongly recommended
Very good service from Soni and the team, talked me through options and best materials and had everything ready in time. Perfect service and 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a tailor in phuket !! Also has pay online feature which was amazing !
I can highly recommend this tailor. Fast and very competent work at attractive prices. After the tailor had taken the measurements, his brother (Sam) came to our hotel for the first fitting. He managed to get everything to fit after the first attempt. Really great!
I wanted to get a custom suit while in Phuket and read great things about this shop. They were not wrong!!! We were in town for two weeks and they had no problem getting my custom suit done.You will need three visits to get sized and then test fittings but each appointment never takes more than 30 minutes. Once the suit was done it was delivered to the hotel. The suit and shirts turned out amazing and for the price I would recommend it to anyone wanting a custom suit.
I had an incredible experience at the exclusive tailor. The level of professionalism displayed by the staff was truly remarkable. It is evident that the owner has invested in their training, resulting in exceptional service. The garments created for me were not only stunning, but they fit me perfectly. The materials used were of the highest quality, and the craftsmanship was truly impressive. I wholeheartedly recommend this tailor and will definitely be returning soon.
Got a tailored Linen suit, two custom dress shirts and a pair of trousers. Very informative professional and helpful staff and owners made me feel warm and welcome. Would totally advise people to get their tailored suits here. This shop has been operating since 1988 and the quality of their textiles is very high. Definitely will come here again when I'm back in the area to get another tailored suit and shirts!
They did a spectacular job making 11 custom made shirts on my last trip to Phuket. They made them quickly, accurately, and with high quality. Prices were very reasonable and a quarter (less!) what i would pay in the USA. I love their work and I found their sense of style and ability to help with cloth combinations extremely helpful. They have replaced my Bangkok tailor I used for years by giving excellent service and quality. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for custom tailoring in Thailand.
We discovered Exclusive Tailors, by chance after reading some reviews online. My friend was keen to get some formal shirts and a formal office wear suit custom-made. We were pleasantly surprised at the range, materials and the variety that this store offered vs. the rest of the stores in Phuket. My friend shortlisted the materials and asked for specific details for the collars and cuffs, that they happily accommodated. My husband went for an Italian material suit with a very cool skull silk lining for the Jacket. In the end, I decided to get an A-line dress made with a tweed Chanel-like material. I had a picture that they replicated the design for. We went for a couple of fittings as we wanted a perfect fit. And we received the clothes within 3 days, well ahead before our flight. Will highly recommend them, if you are looking for custom made clothes in Phuket. Would advise you to allow enough time so you don't have to rush for a suit made in 24-hr.
Came to Exclusive Tailors on online recommendations- they certainly lived up to their reputation. Sonny, Mr G and Kumar were friendly, professional, gave insightful advice. The tailoring was excellent and expedient (did suits, shirts and pants within 3 days). Will definitely return and also recommend to friends.
This is my third time receiving top notch service from Johnny and company. The first time was in Phuket at their store front. I came with a group and we were all treated with class and grace. Each of us made purchases and were extremely satisfied with our clothing (this was almost 4 years ago and the clothes still maintain a very high level of quality). Subsequently I’ve had the chance to attend trunk shows here in Nashville and again and again I’m showered with compliments on the fit and style of my suits and smoking jackets. My latest purchase included custom shirts and linings to the jackets. I can’t wait for the next trunk show. You can’t beat the prices and the quality is above reproach! Thank you Exclusive Tailor!
